Who is responsible

FYREWULF is the controller for the data described here. Our company details and VAT ID are on the Company Information.

What we collect, and why

• Your name, address, email address and what you ordered — because we cannot make and ship a parcel without them.
• The payment method and the confirmation of your payment. Card and bank details are entered at Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter. Nothing else, and you can unsubscribe from every mail we send.
• Any mail you send us, so we can answer it and look it up later.

Who else sees it

• Our print partner receives your name, address and order so it can produce and ship your parcel. It gets nothing else.
• Stripe processes your payment and receives your email address and the amount.
• Our email provider delivers order confirmations and support replies.

That is the list. We do not sell your data, we do not trade it, and nothing goes to advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoices for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Support mail for as long as it is useful for the follow-up of your order.

Cookies

Only the ones the shop needs to work: one that remembers your basket, one for the crew code of a hidden collection, and one for staying logged in if you are an administrator. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising cookie on this site — which is also why you are not looking at a cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask what we have about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — with the exception of what tax law obliges us to keep. Mail support@fyrewulf.com and we answer within two business days. Not satisfied? You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
