TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to every order placed through this shop. They do not take away your statutory consumer rights: where a term conflicts with the law, the law wins. Our company details are on the Company Information.
Who you are dealing with
FYREWULF, registered in the Netherlands. Reach us at support@fyrewulf.com.
The offer and the agreement
A product page describes the item as accurately as we can, but printed products vary slightly in colour and placement, and a screen shows colour differently than fabric does. The agreement exists once we confirm your order by email. Is a price or description obviously wrong? Then we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Prices and VAT
All prices include Dutch VAT at 21%. Shipping is charged separately, is calculated for your basket and destination at checkout, and is taxed at the same rate. The VAT you paid is stated on your order confirmation. We may change prices at any time; the price on your confirmation is the price of your order.
Payment
Payment is due at once, through Stripe, by iDEAL, Bancontact or card. We start production after the payment is confirmed.
Production and delivery
Items are made to order: production takes 2–5 business days, plus the delivery time for your destination, which is set out on the Shipping & Delivery. Those terms are estimates and not deadlines. If we cannot deliver at all, you get your money back.
Risk
The parcel is at our risk until it is delivered to you or to the address you gave us.
Withdrawal
As a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. How that works, what it costs and which items are excluded is set out on the Returns.
Faults and complaints
You get what you ordered, in the quality you can expect from it. Something wrong, damaged or misprinted? Mail support@fyrewulf.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we replace or refund it. Complaints are answered within two business days.
Designs
The FyreWulf designs, name and logo are ours. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the design or to have it printed elsewhere.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law says otherwise — for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence on our part, no limit applies.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent Dutch court, unless the law entitles you as a consumer to a different one.
