You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Report it here: you get a confirmation by mail right away, with the return address.

It is at the top of your confirmation mail. If you came here from the link in that mail, your order is already filled in.

What happens next

Your withdrawal is recorded the moment you report it, and from that day we have 14 days to refund you. The return address is in the confirmation you get right away. We refund to the payment method you used, once your parcel is back with us or you send us proof that you shipped it.
