SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Every FyreWulf item is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer — and that means your order needs a few days of production before it goes out the door.
Production
Our print partner makes your item in 2–5 business days. An order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel when the items are produced in different facilities. You never pay extra for that.
Delivery after dispatch
Add the production time above to these estimates. They are carrier averages, not guarantees.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your exact basket and your address, so you see the real rate for that parcel before you pay. The amount includes VAT. Two items in one order cost less to ship than two separate orders, because a carrier prices a shipment and not an item.

Customs and import charges
Orders outside the European Union can be held for customs clearance and may be charged import duty or local VAT on arrival. Those charges are set by the destination country, are payable by the recipient, and are not part of what you paid us.
Tracking your order
You get a confirmation the moment you order, and a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves the print facility. Your order page stays available through the link in that mail. Nothing arrived, or arrived wrong? Mail support@fyrewulf.com with your order number.
